4. Enforcement & Staff Discretion

Rice Network staff reserve full discretion to investigate behavior, issue punishments (warnings, mutes, bans, wipes), and apply synchronized penalties across platforms.

6. Store Purchases & Virtual Goods

• Digital Goods License: All items are virtual, non-transferable licenses. Users acquire no real-world property rights.

• Chargebacks: Any chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate account ban. Access may only be restored via appeal.
• No Pay-to-Win Immunity: Purchases do not grant immunity from rules or enforcement actions.

7. Real-World Trading (RWT)

Exchanging in-game items, currency, or accounts for real-world value (PayPal, crypto, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
