Recently, we changed prices for some of our Ranks and removed our most expensive ones. None of the prices became cheaper, therefore we will NOT be charging back any amount.
Additionally, we have added a tickets system to the website! If you don't have discord or don't have access to your Discord account, use the "Tickets" page on the website to submit help requests/report bugs/report issues.
You may also appeal bans in tickets.
